Why is My SASSA Money Not in?


Each SASSA grant beneficiary receives their payment on different dates. If you haven’t received your payment by the expected date, there could be several reasons:

How to Appeal SASSA for R350 SRD grant Online

You can easily submit an appeal to SASSA through their online portal if you prefer not to visit their office.

Here’s how to do it:

  • Go to the SASSA website at srd.sassa.gov.za on your device.
  • Look for the appeal icon and click on it. Scroll down a bit on the page.
  • You’ll see a green bar that says ‘lodge an appeal’. Click on this bar to open the appeal submission page.
