STF Vacancy Requirements
To be eligible for a position within the Special Task Force of SAPS, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Rank and Employment Offers
Successful candidates will be appointed as STF Operators/Members at the rank of Warrant Officer.
The position includes a five-year contract with SAPS, with the possibility of extension based on your contributions to the force.
If you have previously held a rank of captain or higher, you may be offered an equivalent rank, subject to the availability of positions within SAPS.

SAPS requires candidates to submit their applications for the Special Task Force vacancies in person at the designated office.
You MUST provide a written expression of interest along with supporting documents, and hand deliver them to Maupa Naga Building, 3 Troye Street, 2nd Floor Special Task Force, Sunnyside, Pretoria 0132 by the deadline of 31 July 2024.
If your application is shortlisted, you will undergo a vetting process and will be required to submit additional documents.
